Through our Planning Committee, the Buxton Civic Association helps to preserve and enhance Buxton’s unique heritage and its built environment.

Constant monitoring of new planning applications, and liaising with those involved, is an important part of the work. Our discussions and decisions are guided by vigilance and vision combined with experience and pragmatism.
